To operate successfully in today's fast changing world agility is required. This also applies to the requirements management and engineering. In the workshop it is shown,

  • how concepts of agile processes like Scrum influence the prioritization of requirements and their iterative implementation.
  • how clear, well-defined requirements (called Stories) help to clarify the business needs and are transformed into products.
  • how lean concepts are developed
  • how an agile requirements management can be harmonized with critical systems which follow standards as for example CMMI, IEC 60508, IEC 62304.
